About the Role

Position Overview: WeRepRx is seeking a motivated and dynamic Pharmaceutical Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with healthcare providers, promoting WeRepRx’s prescription management solutions, and connecting providers with our trusted pharmacy network. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual who is passionate about improving healthcare delivery through innovative pharmaceutical services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and medical practices within your assigned territory.

Promote WeRepRx Services: Educate providers on the benefits of using WeRepRx for their prescription management needs, emphasizing our no-cost, performance-based model that enhances practice efficiency.

Account Management: Oversee the onboarding of new healthcare providers, ensuring seamless integration and ongoing support. Act as the primary point of contact for providers, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

Coordinate with Pharmacies: Collaborate with our network of pharmacies to facilitate the prescription process, ensuring timely and accurate medication fulfillment for providers and their patients.

Achieve Sales and Performance Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and performance metrics by effectively managing your territory and accounts.

Provide Product Education: Stay informed about the latest pharmaceutical products, including GLP-1 medications, and provide relevant product education and updates to healthcare providers.

Report and Track Progress: Maintain accurate records of provider interactions, sales activities, and account statuses using CRM software. Provide regular updates to management on sales progress and market feedback.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in pharmaceutical sales, healthcare sales, or a related field.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field preferred.

Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and manage multiple accounts efficiently.

Proactive and Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve sales targets.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and comfort with remote communication platforms.

Travel: Willingness to travel within your assigned territory as needed to meet with providers and attend training sessions.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare sales preferred.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field is preferred.

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to build relationships with healthcare providers

    • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills

    • Familiarity with GLP-1 medications and prescription management is a plus

  • Certifications: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Availability: Ability to travel within assigned territory as needed
